Labuan work permit is available to the director of Labuan company for 2 years and renewal every 2 years . The Labuan work permit holder is also able to apply Dependents Pass to their family which includes wife, child and parents. The Labuan work permit is only available for trading companies and Not available to investment holding company.
Required Documents:
- Passport
- For dependent pass application only, we need the Marriage Certificate and Child Birth Certificate
- Utility Bill to proof home resident
- Latest CV and Resume detailing your Education background and Working Experiences
- Education certificates to be certified true copy by Notary Public
- 2 Referral letters to be issue by Professional such as Lawyer, Accountants, Company Secretary or Bank
- A Business Plan detailing Business Nature
- Six Photos of Passport size 5cm weight x 5cm height with white background
The process and time frame for Labuan Work Permit Application are as follows:
- Company Name Reservation – 2 days
- Incorporation Company – 3 days
- Apply for Labuan Visa – 6 to 8 weeks
- Client come to Labuan for Passport submission and Visa stamping – 2 days
